Agreement to add a property to the platform

By adding the property to our website, you (seller/owner/commissioner) agree to the following terms and conditions:

 Correctness of information

 I/We declare that all information entered about the property is true and accurate, including location, area, price, specifications, and photos.

 Ownership and disposal

I warrant that I am the rightful owner or legally authorized to dispose of the property, and I have full right to offer it for sale or rent. 

Transparency

 I undertake not to conceal any material defects in the property that may affect the decision of the buyer or tenant.

 Photos and media

 I agree that the photos and videos attached to the property are for my property only, and do not violate any third party's intellectual property rights. 

Duration of display 

The site has the right to display the property for the specified period or until notice of removal by me, and the site reserves the right to remove the property in the event of a violation.

 Responsibility 

The website is not responsible for any financial or legal obligations resulting from the transaction, and its role is limited to displaying the property only. 

Approval 

By completing the Add-on, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and fully agree to its terms.
